Key duties include leading programs, delegating tasks, providing staff guidance, monitoring support quality, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and budgetary requirements.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university program related to social services or a similar field. Required experience includes 1-2 years working in the recreation field and 1-2 years of exposure to individuals with developmental disabilities, with leadership skills being preferred.
