The coordinator & educator will lead the planning and execution of multi-Season agricultural production across all farm sites, overseeing everything from procurement to distribution, while also managing the daily operations of an indoor vertical hydroponic farm container. This role is also responsible for designing and delivering hands-On agricultural and life-Skills educational programming for individuals with diverse abilities.
Candidates need 1-3 years of experience in project coordination with expertise in agricultural farming, vertical farming, or landscaping, complemented by a college diploma or university degree in a related field like agriculture or project management. Preferred qualifications include 2-3 years of experience working with individuals with diverse abilities and strong coaching skills.
