The strategist will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to design, coordinate, and implement community, inclusion and belonging (Cib) programs, initiatives, and events across all school divisions. This role also involves partnering with academic teams to integrate equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (Edib) resources into curriculum, pedagogy, and school-Wide practices.
Candidates must have a graduate degree in education, social sciences, equity studies, or a related field, or 5 years of related work experience in an educational environment, along with 5 years of experience developing edib initiatives. Proven ability to design and facilitate edib learning, strong project management skills, and the capacity to apply anti-Racist and reconciliation-Informed frameworks are essential.
