The clinical nurse educator develops and delivers evidence-Informed educational programs to staff and patients, measuring success and amending plans as needed. This role involves participating in research, policy development, quality improvement, and risk management activities with a focus across units, hospitals, or the region.
Applicants must hold current practicing registration as a registered nurse with the bccnm and possess three years of recent related clinical experience in the designated area, including one year in education or leadership. Completion of postgraduate coursework or certification applicable to the clinical area is also required.
