The endocrinologist will manage inpatient general endocrinology, covering conditions like diabetes, pituitary, neuroendocrine, and thyroid issues, while providing both inpatient and outpatient care. Responsibilities also include leadership in glycemic control initiatives, supervision, mentorship of trainees, and participation in cme rounds.
Candidates must be eligible for frcpc in endocrinology & metabolism and eligible for licensure in british columbia. While additional post-Fellowship training is not required, a special area of interest would be considered an asset.
