The clinical dietitian provides dietetic practice based on patient needs, determining appropriate nutrition intervention through assessment and developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Responsibilities also include contributing to the dietetic internship program, providing education to various teams, and acting as a resource for medical/Nutritional interventions.
Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nutrition and have successfully completed an approved dietetic internship program, along with current registration with the college of health and care professionals of bc. A valid bc driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are also required for business-Related travel.
