The m&a associate will support the full acquisition lifecycle, including market research, target sourcing, transaction execution, and post-Acquisition integration. They will work closely with senior leadership and external partners to identify and evaluate strategic acquisitions.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, m&a, or related fields, along with strong financial modeling and valuation skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.
