Director, Data Analytics

The director of data analytics will be responsible for developing and owning the company's data analytics strategy, building and leading a high-Performing analytics team, and establishing kpis and reporting frameworks across the organization. This role involves partnering with data engineering to evolve data foundations and leading initiatives related to payments and financial performance metrics.

Candidates must possess over 8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, ideally within a saas environment with exposure to payments or transaction-Heavy systems. Proven leadership in building scalable analytics frameworks, hands-On experience with platforms like databricks, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives are essential.
