As a lifeguard, responsibilities include ensuring the safety of all campers and staff during waterfront activities, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and adhering to all safety standards. As a camp counsellor, duties involve living with campers, providing 24-Hour supervision, and planning/Delivering safe, fun, and experiential programming.
Candidates must have experience working with children and youth, along with mandatory certifications including standard first aid & cpr-C, national lifeline (Nl), and a pleasure craft operator’s card. A recent criminal reference check with vulnerable sector screening and three successful reference checks are also required.
