Camp counsellors are responsible for meeting the emotional, physical, and safety needs of a group of campers, working in pairs to lead a cabin and ensuring an inclusive group dynamic. They must plan and deliver safe, fun, and experiential programming appropriate to the campers' ages and abilities.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old for overnight camp or 17 for day camp by december 31st, 2026, and possess experience working with children and youth. Required qualifications include standard first aid & cpr-C certification, three satisfactory references, and a current criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search.
