Student Care Coordinator

• Coordinate student care pathways and appointment scheduling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for referrals and triage.
• Optimize scheduling systems and workflows.
• Support and train staff in electronic records systems

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, health administration, or related field plus 3-5 years of relevant experience in care coordination or student services. Experience with care referrals, electronic records systems (E.g., accuro, titanium), and knowledge of healthcare confidentiality protocols. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and understanding of indigenous wellness practices.
