Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline. 3 years of experience with complex computerized student records systems. Knowledge of software including degree audit (Capp or equivalent), student record database (Banner or equivalent), and microsoft office suite. Effective communication skills. Problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills. Organizational and file management skills. Supervisory experience (Asset)
