- Post-Secondary education in education, history, communications, political science, public administration, or related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience in educational program development and implementation.
- Experience in strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and staff management.
- Knowledge of parliamentary democracy and legislative processes
