As a rock wall/High ropes instructor, the role involves facilitating climbing and ropes activities, regularly inspecting and maintaining all challenge course equipment, and ensuring adherence to all safety standards. Additionally, as a camp counsellor, responsibilities include living with a cabin group, providing 24-Hour supervision, and planning/Delivering safe, fun, and experiential programming.
Candidates must possess experience working with children and youth, along with mandatory certifications including standard first aid & cpr-C and acct level 1 or equivalent experience. Applicants are also required to successfully pass three reference checks and obtain a recent criminal reference check with a vulnerable sector screening.
