The support lead provides leadership and coordination for a team of counsellors, focusing on supporting staff performance, program consistency, and alignment with camp outcomes in collaboration with camp directors. This role also involves hands-On operational support to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging camp environment while maintaining health and safety standards.
Candidates must possess standard first aid & cpr-C certification by the start date and have a minimum of one year of experience working in a camp environment, with post-Secondary education being preferred.
