The administrative agent manages client registrations, ensures accurate data entry, and processes payments for the licensed home child care (Lhcc) program. This involves collaborating with regional managers and third-Party agencies while maintaining strong communication with applicants and handling inquiries to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Candidates must have completed post-Secondary courses in a related field or possess equivalent experience, along with experience in data entry and proficiency in microsoft 365 suite, smartsheet, and docusign. A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and child safety is also required.
