- Current national lifeguard certification.
- Current standard first aid and cpr c (Wilderness first aid accepted).
- Experience with children/Youth of varying needs.
- Outdoor recreation and group management experience.
- Pleasure craft operators card (Asset).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Physical ability for outdoor activities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and be “on call”
