The camper care lead provides leadership, guidance, supervision, coaching, and professional development to the camp staff team while overseeing the planning and coordination of accessible programs for all campers. This role ensures a safe and inclusive environment, maintains compliance with standards, and actively collaborates with parents and internal teams to enhance the camper experience.
Candidates require post-Secondary education in relevant fields like early childhood education or child and youth work, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of one year working in a child-Oriented program focusing on children with disabilities or additional needs. Standard first aid & cpr-C certification is mandatory by the first day of employment.
