The archery program head is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-Quality archery programming according to established standards and providing guidance to camp staff. This role also includes administrative duties like equipment management and contributing to staff development through training and meetings.
Candidates must have completed or be enrolled in post-Secondary education or equivalent experience, along with required standard first aid & cpr-C certification valid through the contract end date. A minimum of one year of camp environment experience is necessary, with prior experience in recreation or archery programs being an asset.
