The boating program head manages the daily operations of the waterfront, focusing on all boating program areas while ensuring safety standards and equipment maintenance are upheld. This role involves coordinating and delivering skill-Based boating programs, providing leadership to staff, and assisting with overall camp support and administrative duties.
Candidates must possess standard first aid & cpr-C and national lifeguard service certification by the start date, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a camp or aquatic/Waterfront setting. The role requires strong teamwork, mentorship abilities, effective communication, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
