The assistant manager supports the external programs manager in planning, coordination, and daily operations of the summer camp program, assisting with administration, family communication, and program delivery to ensure a safe and engaging experience. This role also involves supporting camp leaders and assistants, promoting operational standards, and providing programming coverage when necessary.
Candidates should be motivated, organized, and collaborative individuals with strong interpersonal skills and experience supporting child/Youth programming, preferably in a camp or educational setting. A bachelor's degree in education or recreation, first aid/Cpr certification, and a valid driver's license are preferred.
Temporary 1.0 FTE Teacher Librarian & Literacy Support
