The instructor will learn to effectively lead all child and youth programming, create developmentally appropriate plans, and deliver programs to assigned participant groups. Responsibilities also include acting as a ymca ambassador and incorporating inclusive practices for children of all abilities.
Candidates must have experience working with children, sports programming, and creative movement, along with current first aid and cpr certifications. A current and acceptable criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening is a mandatory condition of employment.
