The director will be responsible for developing student leadership, engaging uninvolved student populations, and serving as an experiential jewish educator to nurture jewish growth on campus. Key duties also include managing advocacy strategies, supervising staff, handling publicity and external relations, and overseeing administrative functions like budgeting and facility management.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and over five years of relevant work experience, with fundraising experience being an asset. Essential qualities include a strong jewish background, a deep connection to israel, excellent communication skills, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
