The coordinator will lead and organize program delivery for the snap boys youth leadership services, including group facilitation, mentoring, and employment readiness activities, while also coordinating daily program operations under the snap supervisor's guidance. A portion of the time will be dedicated to case coordination for youth transitioning from the youth justice program to support successful reintegration.
Candidates must possess a cyw/Cyc diploma or degree and at least three years of experience working with children, youth, and families in therapeutic or children's mental health settings, with a strong understanding of child development and evidence-Based interventions. Required attributes include the ability to build trust quickly, manage competing priorities, and flexibility to work evenings and travel to support youth justice participants.
