The camp counsellor will support the planning, implementation, and delivery of camp programs, ensuring the effective execution of specialized therapeutic programming using the snap® model. They will also complete necessary reports, assist with budget maintenance, and act as a positive role model for children and staff.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or be currently working towards one in social work, child and youth counsellor (Cyc), or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of direct experience with latency age children and adolescents. Required credentials include standard first aid, cpr, and a valid police records check with broad sector screening.
