Salary Range

  • As per instructional salary grid Temporary Market Stipend Incumbent Total Assigned days (AC) / Total Hours per biweekly pay 100 assigned days (721.37 hours) within the 2026-27 Academic Year. Posting Status Closed Special Instructions to Applicants This position is a combined role consisting of 0.25 FTE Program Head and 0.25 FTE Instructor within the Child and Youth Care (CYC) program. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to effectively balance both instructional and leadership responsibilities. In the Program Head portion of the role, the successful candidate will provide academic leadership and serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff within the program. Working closely with the Academic Chair, the Program Head supports the day-to-day coordination of program delivery, contributes to faculty support and engagement, and promotes a positive and collaborative learning environment. The Program Head plays a key role in supporting student success, addressing concerns, and ensuring the quality and consistency of program delivery. In the Instructor portion of the role, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering course instruction, supporting student learning, and contributing to curriculum development and continuous program improvement. Evaluate and record student progress with the use of assessments, assignments, and observations in accordance with program and institute guidelines. 5. Be flexible and responsive to learner needs through the use of appropriate instructional methodologies. 6. Manage the classroom to ensure an optimum learning environment. 7. Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community. 8. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students. 9. Respond to curriculum/course demands and make necessary adjustments according to learner needs such as adult learning principles. 10. Develop new curriculum as needed. Maintain and up-date online curriculum materials as part of instructor duties. 11. Be reflective of and responsive to accommodation of special learning needs including equity groups and diverse learners. 12.
