The instructor aide will utilize his/her knowledge and experience to provide academic assistance to students as a supplement to classroom instruction. 2. Review and clarify content presented by Program Instructors. 3. Take direction from Learning Services and Program Instructors to identify useful strategies to utilize while assisting students with disabilities and other students. 4. Utilize appropriate learning resources. 5. Assist students to improve their study and organization skills. 6. Attend training sessions as required. 7. Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner. 8. Maintain a positive learning environment. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) 1. Grade 12 or equivalent. 2.
