The assistant director of counselling will supervise and support counsellor supervisors and ensure that all camper approaches are safe and intentional. They will also provide counselling support and crisis management to campers as needed.
Candidates must have a completed post-Secondary degree or equivalent experience in a related field, along with experience working with children and/Or youth. A valid police record check and standard first aid with cpr c certification are also required.
