The senior camp counsellor will support the planning, implementation, and delivery of camp programs while assisting with the recruitment, training, coaching, and supervision of camp staff and volunteers. This role ensures the effective implementation of specialized therapeutic programming using the snap® model within the day camp setting.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work or child and youth counsellor, along with a minimum of three years of experience working with children/Youth facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Essential requirements include standard first aid, cpr, and a valid police record check with broad sector screening.
