The head counselor provides leadership in executing core and non-Core summer camp programs and experiences for children in a small group setting. They are also responsible for the general safety, development, growth, and skill achievement of the participants within their assigned group.
Candidates must have completed grade 11, with oss graduates preferred, and possess previous experience working with children in a day camp setting, preferably hts. Required qualifications also include planning/Leading children's programs and holding standard first aid and cpr ‘c’ certification.
