This role involves supporting crm development, ensuring system integration, managing database integrity, generating reports, and providing user support and training.
Candidates must possess a post-Secondary diploma or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in similar roles, including experience with crm systems and data analysis. Proficiency in both french and english, knowledge of the canadian post-Secondary system, and strong technical problem-Solving skills are required.
