Candidates must possess a master's degree in education, although those nearing completion or with alternative educational profiles may be considered, along with rich teaching experience in inclusive school settings and diverse professional backgrounds. Essential qualifications include strong knowledge of the minority french-Language school environment and/Or french immersion, excellent french skills, and good oral and written english.
