The primary responsibilities involve providing quality delivery of assigned massage therapy courses using various instructional strategies tailored to meet diverse student learning styles in a safe environment. Instructors must teach courses according to competencies, take daily attendance, and be responsible for grading tests, assignments, and exams.
Candidates must be a registered massage therapist in good standing with the college of massage therapists of ontario (Cmto) and possess a minimum of 2 years of practical experience. Excellent english communication skills, organizational skills, and a professional attitude are mandatory, while previous teaching experience is considered an asset.
