This role also involves front-Line operational tasks, responding to inquiries from students and partners while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting the integrity of the financial aid process.
Candidates must possess a minimum 3-Year diploma or degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in financial aid, government program administration, or compliance roles, with strong knowledge of osap policies. Required abilities include interpreting complex policies, conducting audits, handling sensitive information according to aoda/Fippa, and proficiency in relevant student information systems.
