Part-Time professors are responsible for creating a positive learning environment, utilizing pedagogical principles and universal learning design to actively engage students, and effectively using educational technologies for course delivery and grade management. They must also develop current and relevant curriculum, assess student learning, and work effectively with students and various stakeholders.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a three-Year diploma or degree in health sciences or a related field, along with at least five years of recent, relevant work experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in education, post-Secondary teaching experience demonstrating udl application, and experience with applied research.
