Interim Executive Dean, Faculties of Business and Information Technology, and Media, Art and Design

The interim executive dean provides academic and administrative leadership to faculty, staff, and administrators across the faculties of business and information technology, and media, art and design, working collaboratively to achieve the college’s strategic vision. This role involves advancing teaching and learning, supporting applied research, strengthening work-Integrated learning, and strategically managing recruitment and enrolment goals.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in a relevant discipline along with deep industry experience, and possess a minimum of nine years of progressive leadership experience in an academic setting, demonstrating a track record of leading high-Performing teams in a unionized environment. Essential qualifications include strong administrative and financial management skills, commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and outstanding communication and partnership development abilities.
