This role primarily provides secretarial support for the faculty of business and its leadership, handling reception duties, scheduling, and managing various office systems and records. The incumbent also assists with student success support, event planning for the faculty, and basic financial processing tasks.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a 2-Year diploma in office administration and at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an academic office setting, including knowledge of post-Secondary policies. Essential skills include proven experience in meeting management (Scheduling, agenda creation, minute-Taking) and advanced proficiency in microsoft office applications.
