The test administrator is responsible for providing secure exam delivery and superior customer service. This includes checking in candidates, proctoring exams, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing light housekeeping duties.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Candidates should have beginner to intermediate experience in microsoft office and be flexible with work hours.
