The test administrator is responsible for ensuring secure exam delivery and providing superior customer service in a friendly environment. This includes checking in candidates, verifying identification, proctoring exams, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be flexible with scheduling, working monday through saturday between 7:15 am and 8:30 pm. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred, along with the ability to sit for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
