Lead Lab Instructor – Health Care Assistant Program (HCA)

The lead lab instructor is responsible for delivering high-Quality, student-Centered lab and simulation sessions while maintaining safety and operational standards. They also oversee student testing, evaluation, and administrative documentation to ensure program outcomes are met.

Candidates must hold current full registration with the british columbia college of nurses and midwives and possess at least two years of recent clinical experience. Experience in geriatric or complex care settings and a passion for teaching adult learners are highly valued.
