Trainer, Digital Technology

The trainer will deliver specialized assistive technology training focused on speech-Based, screen reader technologies, conducting pre- And post-Program assessments to measure skill growth. This role involves providing hands-On support for remote device setup, leading and refining the assistive technology academy sessions, and offering on-Demand technical support during work placements.

Candidates must possess proven time management and organizational skills, advanced computer proficiency in ms office and virtual platforms, and advanced knowledge of assistive technologies like jaws and nvda. A minimum of post-Secondary education or equivalent experience plus one year of training delivery experience is required, along with a professional, sensitive attitude when dealing with individuals experiencing blindness or other disabilities.
