#2155 - Community Support Worker | Permanent Full Time

The community support worker assists adult clients with developing social, emotional, physical, vocational, recreational, and daily life skills to achieve maximum independence. Duties involve participating in developing individual client service plans, leading programming, and assisting with activities of daily living while working across richmond and vancouver sites.

Candidates need a degree or diploma in a directly related field like social services, human services, or education, along with 1-2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. Essential requirements include the ability to perform 40lb lifts/Transfers, a valid class 5 driver's license, willingness to obtain a class 4 license, and certifications like first aid/Cpr and non-Violent crisis intervention.
