Children Support Worker

The role involves providing compassionate, trauma-Informed care to keep vulnerable young people safe and supported while building positive relationships and promoting healthy routines. Responsibilities also include supporting education, preparing meals, advocating for the children's voices, and assisting with medical appointments and community activities.

Candidates must have experience working with children (Paid or voluntary), a full uk driver's license with their own car, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and emotional resilience. A flexible approach for shift patterns and a clear enhanced dbs check are also required, though an nvq level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
