#2148 - Career Development Facilitator | Temporary Full Time

The career development facilitator will support adults and transitioning youth with developmental disabilities and barriers to employment to prepare for, seek, and maintain employment. This role involves assisting individuals with various tasks and activities that support them in community-Based employment settings.

Candidates must have post-Secondary education or training in a related field such as social services, human services, or education, and must be between 18-30 years old, legally entitled to work in canada. Standard requirements include a criminal record clearance, medical clearance, valid first aid/Cpr, and proficiency with microsoft office 365.
