Trainer, Digital Technology

The trainer will design, customize, and deliver intensive group assistive and digital technology training focused on speech-Based technology, while conducting pre- And post-Program assessments to track skill gaps. They will also provide hands-On support for remote device setup, troubleshoot accessibility challenges during job placements, and continuously refine training sessions based on feedback and technological advancements.

Candidates must possess proven time management and organizational skills, advanced computer proficiency in ms office and virtual platforms, and advanced knowledge of assistive technologies like jaws and nvda. A minimum of post-Secondary education or equivalent experience plus one year of training delivery experience is required, along with a sensitive and professional attitude when supporting individuals with disabilities.
