Internal Communication Specialist

The specialist will lead the development and delivery of strategic internal communications to connect staff with the university's vision, overseeing programs that inform, engage, and inspire employees across all portfolios. This includes managing executive messaging, change communications, intranet content, and staff newsletters while providing expert strategic advice to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and organized communications professional experienced in complex organizations, capable of partnering with senior stakeholders to shape messaging and navigate change. Essential requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, demonstrated success in internal communications programs, outstanding writing/Editing skills, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
