Core responsibilities
The specialist will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs aligned with organizational values, facilitating internal and external programs while reinforcing learning outcomes through feedback and follow-Up resources. Key duties include building structured learning pathways, identifying learning needs, ensuring data accuracy, and translating learning metrics into actionable insights for workforce planning.
Requirements summary
Candidates need a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field, along with 4–6 years of progressive experience in learning & development, curriculum design, or adult education, demonstrating experience using data to evaluate program effectiveness. Essential soft skills include strong facilitation, communication, analytical mindset, and sound judgment, plus possession of a valid bc driver's license and access to a vehicle.
