Lead sport-Specific program delivery. Develop recruiting networks. Coach and mentor student-Athletes. Develop and implement strategies. Coordinate planning and evaluation. Ensure safety and proper certification of coaching staff. Manage fundraising activities. Promote team through media and community engagement

Nccp coaching certification with minimum three years of coaching experience at post-Secondary or senior high school level. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Class iv bc driver’s license asset. Experience in recruiting student-Athletes. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to coach evenings and weekends. Ability to attend coaches’ meetings and athletic events. Ability to lead fundraising activities. Ethical decision making (Nccp)
