Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources, or a related field, along with 4-5 years of experience in program administration, staff supervision, and budget management across training programs. A minimum of 6 years of experience supervising six or more staff is required, preferably with experience in a first nations environment.
