Senior Manager, Training & Trades Center

This senior leadership role involves guiding a team to deliver high-Impact adult education, training, and employment programs for community members, focusing on strategic program planning, staff leadership, budget management, and funding relationships. The manager will also foster strong partnerships with governments, industry, and training stakeholders to strengthen educational and employment pathways.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources, or a related field, along with 4-5 years of experience in program administration, staff supervision, and budget management across training programs. A minimum of 6 years of experience supervising six or more staff is required, preferably with experience in a first nations environment.
