Director, Graduate & Divinity School

The director provides strategic leadership for graduate and divinity school recruitment to ensure the successful achievement of annual and multi-Year enrollment goals. This role involves developing and executing recruitment plans, leading and supervising recruitment teams, and contributing to overall institutional enrollment strategy.

Candidates must possess superior organization and detailed management skills, along with the ability to achieve sales results through people and deal with a wide customer base. A minimum of 10 years of direct enrolment management experience, including graduate-Level experience, is required, along with an undergraduate degree; a graduate degree is preferred.
